Delivery Policy
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment.
Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery:
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at waynejacklin@nobullfitnesssupplies.com so that we can help.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to waynejacklin@nobullfitnesssupplies.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

Our Delivery Process:
Pallet deliveries are curb side drop off only. Alternative delivery, install services, as well as priority and nominated day delivery can be made upon written/email request. If required, please email diana@jordanfitness.com or sales@jordanfitness.com.
If not booked as an install, you will be responsible to move your order into your property.
Installation Service
Larger orders are normally despatched, palletised and delivered curbside drop only. However, if you require a professional installation from our qualified technicians, we offer the following:

Delivery is expected within 3-5 working days from the date of your order. Pallet deliveries may take slightly longer. Longer lead times apply to “Pre-Order” items, details of which are advised when placing your order. Delivery times may increase around holidays and peak shipping seasons.
If booking an install your delivery date will be the date of install unless part of your order is sent ahead, of which you will be notified in advance. Jordan Fitness will endeavour to honour specific delivery dates and times upon request. Jordan Fitness cannot entertain any claim for compensation arising from late delivery due to a third-party carrier.
Please be aware you may receive a call from our delivery courier or haulage company contacting you in advance to confirm your delivery date and timings. Please make sure the contact number on your order is correct so that the carrier can contact you.
All orders must be checked and signed for on delivery by the customer. Any damages or discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Please retain all original packaging, wrapping and pallets for 30 days in case of return. If wrapping and pallets have been disposed of, this can be provided for a fee.
Delivery charges for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, will be applied after purchase. It is with regret we cannot calculate shipping at the time of purchase.
Disposal of pallets are the responsibility of the customer unless an install service has been booked.
Delivery Assistance
Due to Health and Safety regulations assisted deliveries are at the carrier’s discretion and are not guaranteed. To guarantee delivery of your order inside your property, please book an install by emailing diana@jordanfitness.com or sales@jordanfitness.com.
Liability
Jordan Fitness will not be held responsible for any delays/damages due to third party carriers, nor can we entertain any claims for compensation where the carrier fails to deliver at an agreed time. Any claims for delays/damages caused by any third party carrier must be taken up with the carrier.
Order Cancellation/Refused Deliveries
You may cancel your order for a full refund prior to your order being shipped, though if any costs have been incurred, they will be deducted/ invoiced. If you cancel your order after shipping, you are responsible for all freight charges incurred by Jordan Fitness. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund. If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal and a 15% re-stocking fee is applicable.
Delivery Access Information Required For Your Install Service
Although our carriers are equipped with detailed road maps of every area of the UK mainland, is there any further information that would make your delivery address easier to locate?
Please notify us of any delivery obstructions and ensure that the delivery area is clear. This
includes, though not limited to:
+ steps (including those required to climb to gain access to the property entrance)
+ trees & shrubs
+ steeply inclined driveways
+ narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Jordan Fitness or any carriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivery vehicle.

We recommend that you ensure the product will fit and can be transported to its point of installation easily. Jordan Fitness will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non/failed/refused delivery of any item where Jordan Fitness was not made aware of any access restrictions. In the event that the item is refused/ cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all carriage charges and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied.
